Full Council
-Viet Mhua grant proposal: Broken into three options: $180, $260, or $288. 
Councilmembers vote with a majority, but no unanimity, on giving $260. The primary dissent
was that the council is too stingy with council funds.
-Student Council field trip??
-New colloquium creates a new sked: we now have A.M. meetings on non-colloquium weeks only. 
-Campaign regulations.
-New homecoming pictures for bulletin board
-Point system for attendance: members lose .5 pts if they are any later than 7:15 am. WE SHOULD 
be here at 7:00 am though. If you get 2 pts you are up for impeachment.
-Next colloquium meeting we will discuss campaign regulations in further detail.
