-Payton's juking rules don't work; we don't have any reason for talking to them.  
-Open House the 25th of October; all student council members should volunteer
-Will and Hersh are handling paperwork with business office for last week's grant proposals.
-Will Riley introduces debate over creation of a VP position. To be discussed more.
-Animal rights club grant proposal
-Comic book club grant proposal.
-Avery S. presents idea for bands in auditorium 
-Follow-up meeting Wednesday morning at 8:30a before colloquium
